The Tru72 maintenance plan

Tru Comfort. 30 days of warning, not 30 minutes of panic. The maintenance plan that catches problems before they catch you.

Most homeowners meet their HVAC system on the day it fails. Tru Comfort members meet theirs twice a year, on calm visits, with a technician running real measurements and flagging anything trending toward failure. By the time something tries to break, you already have a heads-up, a quote, and time to decide. Quiet maintenance. Loud peace of mind.

Cancel anytime. 100% transferable.
What you're buying

Know it's coming. Real measurements. Early warnings. Time to plan, not panic.

1.

Real measurements.

Every visit, refrigerant pressures, capacitor microfarads, static airflow, temperature differentials, electrical readings. The data goes on the invoice so you can see what changed since the last visit.

2.

Early-failure flags.

A capacitor reading 15% off spec is still working but failing. We mark it. You get a 30-day window to budget the swap before a hot afternoon turns it into an emergency call. That's the value of the membership.

3.

Priority when you need it.

If something does go wrong, members get a 24-hour repair response, guaranteed service windows, and priority scheduling during heat waves and cold snaps. The plan moves you to the front of the line.

Mission Ready Plan

Free for life. For those who serve. A standing thank-you to the people who answer the call.

The Mission Ready Plan is Tru Comfort, free for life, for first responders, teachers, and active or veteran military. Same two seasonal diagnostics, same priority service, same transferable benefits. No monthly fee. No annual renewal. The plan stays with you as long as you remain in an eligible profession.

On top of that, Mission Ready members get two additional benefits the standard Tru Comfort plan does not include: an extra 5% off all service and repairs, stacked on top of the standard 10%, and a $39 service-call diagnostic fee instead of the standard $72.

Clear expectations

Honest, plain and simple.

  • A maintenance plan you can trust. Tru Comfort covers the two seasonal diagnostic visits and gives you 10% off any repair. It's not an insurance policy, so if a major component does fail, the repair itself is billed (with your member discount applied).
  • No contract. Cancel anytime. The plan renews each year automatically until you cancel. Mission Ready members keep the plan as long as they remain in an eligible profession.
  • One line for everything. Members call the same (541) 926-2321 every customer uses. The membership benefit is priority within the dispatch queue, so you go to the front of the line during heat waves and cold snaps.
Membership questions

Questions about Tru Comfort. Short answers.

How much does Tru Comfort cost?
Tru Comfort is $12 per month or $144 per year. The annual rate is one month free. Members of the Mission Ready Plan (first responders, teachers, and military) receive Tru Comfort free for life.
What does the maintenance visit actually include?
Each seasonal Tru Comfort visit includes a 30-point diagnostic inspection covering refrigerant pressures, electrical components, motors, thermostat, and safety controls ($72 value), a chemical clean of the condenser coil (spring) or flame sensor and pressure switch port (fall) ($189 value), a condensate drain flush, a ductwork evaluation, and an indoor air quality evaluation. The visit is a diagnostic run, not a checklist tour.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No long-term contract. The plan auto-renews each year unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time by calling (541) 926-2321 or emailing the team. Mission Ready Plan members keep their plan as long as they remain in an eligible profession.
Who qualifies for the Mission Ready Plan?
First responders (police, fire, EMS), teachers (K-12 and post-secondary), and active or veteran military qualify for the Mission Ready Plan. The plan is the same as Tru Comfort, free for life, with two additional benefits: an extra 5% off service and repairs (stacking on the standard 10%) and a $39 service-call diagnostic fee instead of the standard $72.
Does Tru Comfort cover repairs?
No. Tru Comfort is a maintenance plan, not an insurance policy or extended warranty. The plan covers the two seasonal tune-ups and provides 10% off any repair work (5% off new equipment installation). The diagnostic-first methodology often catches components trending toward failure before they break, but if a repair is needed, the discount applies.
What if I sell my house?
The plan is 100% transferable to the new homeowner at no cost, and the transfer includes a free home inspection so the new owner starts with a clear baseline. Call (541) 926-2321 to coordinate the transfer at closing.
How does the new-system credit work?
Active Tru Comfort members who eventually replace their HVAC equipment receive a credit toward the new system. The credit applies to residential split systems and package units only. Ask your technician for the current credit value at the time you scope a replacement.
Can I add multiple systems on one plan?
Yes. The base plan covers one HVAC system. Additional systems (a second furnace, a ductless head, a separate heat pump for a guest house or ADU) are added at a per-system rate quoted at signup. Call for the current per-system add rate.
